Here's a few basic wardrobe guidelines to keep in mind for your Maui Beach Photography.
*Ladies wear something you feel amazing in!
Pick something that compliments you.
*Pastels with creams/white look beautiful!
My favorite pastel colors on the beach are aquas, corals, mint, pinks, & greens.
*Colors that coordinate or match look great together. Find a palette of colors that all work well together. See a great example below. The aquas & corrals tie perfectly together! Each piece compliments each other for a complete beautiful look.
*Wearing white is gives a classic & clean look. It looks great with the ocean colors. Wear flowers or jewelry to add in a pop of color. I love white, just make sure it looks flattering on you. We want you to look your best. If you have fair skin, a pastel will be more flattering on you than white.
*Tropical flowers are a must! Your in Maui leave the fake flowers at home and add a Hawaiian touch to your images with real beautiful flowers. Let me know if you want to order flowers.
*Try a neutral base like khaki pants for the guys then throw in a splash of pastel color with tops, dresses or jewelry on you.
Weddings aren't the only time to dress up. :) You can come dressed up & look phenomenal!
Heres a list of things you would want to avoid:
Loud patterns, prints, stripes or large logos don't look good.
Especially at sunset, stay away from strong or dark colors.
Don't use lotion or sunscreen before your session. The sand will stick to you!
Avoid shine on your face.
